Life in 2015 for 16 year old Olivia Parker Adams is perfect except that her all time celebrity crush, Taylor Hanson, is married with kids and 33 years old. Being totally heartbroken she loses hope and begins to give up, but when a storm comes crashing through her neighborhood she loses her family and falls unconscious to wake up in 1997 meeting 16 year old Taylor.
