If you guys have been paying attention, you’ll notice things have been in flux on PTH for the past few weeks. I don’t want to say too much about it, but suffice it to say, I’ve taken steps to make the site MUCH more secure.

All of that pushed me to finally do some fiddling with the site’s sections as well, so you may notice that the layouts look a little bit (or in two cases a lot) different. I’ve also done some big updates to the directory today, bringing it up to a whopping 3783 links. Wow!

Stay tuned in a few days for the December spotlights and, following that, the December reviews. I may also have a few little Christmas surprises planned…

I hope you guys enjoyed my Halloween treats yesterday! Now that it’s November, that means two things. One, it’s time for NaNoWriMo to consume my life. Two, it’s time for more monthly spotlights.

Here are the lucky ones this month:

The website spotlight is my newest affiliate, and they’re off to a great start. If you’re bilingual (English and Portuguese) you’ll have an easier time navigating their website to find linked, hosted and archived fics in both languages. And I heard a little rumor they plan to celebrate “Ikevember” in a big way with some fics about the Old Man himself, so check back for that.

Yes, the spotlights were delayed this month, but they are here! I’ll freely admit that my mind is not on hanfic right now. My mind is on HANSON. I am in full on fangirl mode as I prepare for two shows and a MOE next week. I’m still going to attempt to keep my stories up to date this week, though, and I have finally posted the September spotlights.

Is it time for a new set of spotlights already? Apparently it is! So, here are the August spotlights:

You’ll notice that the website is a brand new one. It looks like the owner has some big plans for it, too, which is exciting. I’m all about discovering new authors, and every album cycle seems to bring them (and new readers) out of the woodwork. I’ve got several brand new stories on my reading list, and I can’t wait to dive into them!
