Well, I didn’t plan on this, but I got really bored while home sick from work for a few days, so…

It’s new layout time!

PTH.net will be celebrating its five year anniversary soon, so I figured it was time for another facelift. What do you think??? I’ve cleaned up a few sections as well and made a few very small changes here and there.

After you get done checking out the revamps, head over to the Blank Page Awards. The tiebreaker is only open until tomorrow night, and then it will be time to announce the winners!

Happy new year!

As you all know, I always post new spotlights on the first of every month. This month is no different, and the spotlights for January 2014 are:

But that’s not all! Since this is a new year, I decided to add a bunch more new stuff. Here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve done over the last day or so:

  • Updates and edits to several pages, including crossovers, glossary, hall of fame, reading list and tropes
  • The full year of 2013 has been added to the timeline page
  • Hostees and affiliates are updated
  • New buttons and screenshots of old layouts were added to the site page
  • Medium sized directory update with several brand new links

Seems like there was something else… hmm… oh yeah! The new layout! It’s pretty similar to all the old ones, but the navigation is on the left this time, because why not? There are still a few things I want to tweak about it, so don’t be surprised if you come back in a day or two and things look a tiny bit different.

I think that’s it for this time, but I’ll be back in about two weeks with the January reviews, so come back then 🙂

This month’s update has been a long time coming, and I’ve been really excited about finally getting it all put together for you guys. In honor of the new, as yet untitled album, I figured it was time for a new layout. I’ve made quite a few changes with this layout, but I think it’s all fairly self explanatory. Back from hiatus with lots of new stuff!

I’m back, and I must say, it feels great. While there’s still a lot of drama in my life, I no longer feel like letting that keep me from updating my websites. I’m feeling very motivated and very excited about the world of hanfic, even if we are in a bit of a lull right now. As you can see, I’ve given the site a total facelift. I had said I wouldn’t debut this layout until July, but I was just too excited to keep it bottled up much longer.

New layout and more!

After lots of waffling, debating, definitely deciding against it, and a little more waffling, I have officially converted the site to WordPress!

I made this choice mostly because I wanted to be able to incorporate the blog easily into the rest of the site, as I felt that was really a nicer format, and I wanted to be able to update easily and let you guys know when I had added new content here and there throughout the site. Since I’m no longer able to use Blogger for that purpose (as I did in the beginning), I decided to man up and learn how to use WordPress properly.

So here we are. I’m pretty sure the layout is functional and pretty in all browsers, but I can try to fix it if that isn’t actually the case. I’m certain that it looks better in basically any browser except Internet Explorer and while I’m sorry for that, there’s not much more I can do about it.

Because of all this and lots of bullshit in my real life, the monthly spotlights are a bit delayed. They will be up shortly, possibly with a new layout for that section. No promises on that, though, as I’m really quite sick of coding for the time being.
