This month’s update has been a long time coming, and I’ve been really excited about finally getting it all put together for you guys. In honor of the new, as yet untitled album, I figured it was time for a new layout. I’ve made quite a few changes with this layout, but I think it’s all fairly self explanatory. In case it isn’t, here are a few of the details below the jump.
You guys know what today is, right? It’s the beginning of a brand new month, which means two things here at PTH — new monthly spotlights and new monthly content. The content for this month is big, so this is going to be a long post.

I know I’m a little late, but happy new year, fansons!
2013 is going to be a big year for us, I think. Interest in hanfic always seems to wane at the end of an album cycle, and this one has been no exception. I had huge, high hopes for Shout It Out, and while hanfic did pick up during that summer and fall, we’ve hit some lows lately. That said, there are still new authors cropping up and the community, small though it may be, is still great to be part of. I don’t expect this new album (which we will hopefully know the title of soon) to cause any big explosion of popularity, but I have a feeling it will still be a good year for us all.

Okay, it’s barely December, but I couldn’t wait any longer to begin my updates for this month. As always, I’ve posted the monthly spotlights. They are as follows:

First of all, happy Halloween to everyone! I know it’s late, but I couldn’t resist. It’s tied with Christmas for my favorite holiday (Candy and costumes vs. PRESENTS?! How could I choose???) so I had to add a little something about it to the site. It’s just a small little graphic with a pic of the boys in their costumes from last year, nothing super special. Apparently the pic only shows if you view the full post, though. Weird.
