That’s how long it’s been since I updated this blog, and really, the site at all.

I could give you excuses, but if you’ve been on this planet and in this fandom for the past year, I think you’ll understand why. In addition to everything happening there, my own life for the past few years has been… busy. Weird. Changing. I feel like all I’ve done is give apologies yet not devote any more time to the site.

So what now? What does 2021 hold?

Well, I know what it holds for me personally, but none of those are things that will make it easier to update the site. For the fandom… who knows. I don’t blame anyone who has made the choice to leave entirely, but the reasons I created this site still hold true. The reasons I cling to hanfic as a “place to hide” when everything else is going wrong, even with the band themselves, holds true.

I can’t guarantee an increase in updates, but I can guarantee this site will continue to exist, and not just because I re-upped the domain name registration for two more years just a week ago.
